the staff described the transportation system around the city they were helpful to us the guest kitchen was also very helpful for us especially at night whenever we decided to eat inside the hotel the location was perfect
i couldn't sleep till 3 am due to loud noises either from the bar or rooms the noise restrictions till at least midnight are not applicable in your hotel the room was very dirty it had a lot of stuff from previous guests they don't have a cooling system

the location proves convenient. the family room accommodated five of us adequately for a single night. the separate areas for the shower, toilet, and sink streamlined the morning routine for a large group.
i received emails stating parking was based on availability upon arrival. i found a few free spots in the hotel garage. i was told i had to move my car because some people had reservations for parking, even though they had not arrived yet.

the room was tidy and quite spacious. the bathroom was really clean and very functional. the staff were nice also. i found this hotel to be a solid option overall.
the room windows were unable to open. this made it difficult as the rooms became hot. no fans were available to help with this issue. all stairwells were locked from the second floor and up.
